Personal Safety Advisory – Assault on Campus
On April 23, 2025, Pima College Police received a report of an individual being assaulted near the Transportation building on the Downtown campus. The suspect, unaffiliated with the college, was arrested. There has been an increase in random acts of violence in the broader community. The advisory encourages increased personal awareness and reporting of suspicious individuals.

The Associate Degree Nursing program at Pima Medical Institute Mesa Campus has been granted full approval by the Arizona Board of Nursing, allowing graduates to be eligible for the NCLEX-RN exam.
