Heavy Traffic Advisory: NC State Fair and Concerts Impacting Raleigh
Significant traffic congestion is expected in the Raleigh area, including near Meredith College, due to the North Carolina State Fair (Oct. 16–26) and large concerts at the Lenovo Center.
