What would a pilot involve?
A useful starting proposal is a voluntary four-week trial in one course or first-year program. Begin with one syllabus, use the product during ordinary course work, then review usefulness and support needs. A named contact on each side would agree on participation, capacity, data, costs, and evaluation before the trial starts. The pilot outline makes those proposed responsibilities explicit.
Can parents or the school see student information?
There is no parent dashboard or parent activity feed. Students use their own accounts; sharing an introduction does not grant access to their grades or schedule. A school partnership would require a separate agreement about data and access. DormWay and its service providers process information to operate the product, as described in the privacy policy.
Does this do a student’s assignments?
Students do their own coursework and follow their instructor’s rules. The examples show planning and answers about course requirements. Ace and any future study tools should be reviewed against the specific course’s AI policy. DormWay does not submit coursework for students.
